Partner Services for IECs: Career and College Major Insights
Integrate career and college major assessments into your practice—without adding hours to your week.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped students connect their aptitudes and interests to real opportunities in college, career, and beyond. I am a certified practitioner of both the Myers-Briggs Strong Interest Inventory® and the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB).
Let’s Connect
If you’d like to expand your toolkit without stretching your bandwidth, let’s talk.
I’d be glad to explore how we can integrate the Strong and the HAB insights into your practice in a way that works for you.
I now offer a way for fellow Independent Educational Consultants (IECs) to bring these tools into their own practice—without needing to pursue certification or carve out extra time. My role is to provide clear and practical insights that enhance your advising process. Together, we can help students explore majors with confidence, understand academic fit, and build college lists that reflect both their strengths and their interests.

Choosing the Right Tool with ALTitude
Not every student benefits equally from every assessment. That’s why I developed ALTitude, a smart-match questionnaire that helps determine whether the Strong Interest Inventory® or the Highlands Ability Battery® (or both) will provide the most meaningful insights. By aligning each student with the right tool from the start, we ensure the process feels relevant, efficient, and personalized.

For the student, this means a clear path into major exploration and career direction. For the IEC, it means confidence that the assessment is a good fit, saving time and strengthening your advising.
